Listing Temples, Gurudwaras



Our Vision

To design and develop a responsive website that is visually appealing and fulfills your ambition of promoting various religious sites over a single platform. The website will have a customized look-and-feel with great level of user-friendliness. The website will be search engine optimized to gain better traction with popular search engines. The entire structure will be easily manageable through the admin panel.

User Module

Section 1: Homepage Design

Homepage will be designed in such a way that it showcases the intended content in a very user-friendly navigation system. There will be links to most of the inside pages on the homepage to allow one-click navigation.
Tabs: Following tabs will be available on the homepage:
-         Home
-         Category tabs: These will be fixed tabs (temples, hospitals etc.). On mouse over, page titles of the pages created under category tabs will be displayed as a dropdown. On clicking, the user will be redirected to the description page.
-         Gallery
-         Live Show
-         Contact Us
News and Events: Information on news and upcoming events will be displayed here.
Testimonials: Testimonials about the website will be displayed here.
Banners: There will be banners on the homepage as well as inner pages that will be manageable from the admin panel.

Section 2: Temple listing

The temple listing on the homepage will have the following fields:
-         Image
-         Name
On clicking image/name the user will be redirected to the description page of the temple.

Section 3: Description page

When the user selects a value from the dropdown which appears on mouse over on the category tabs he is redirected to the description page. The user can reach description page of temple by clicking on the temple listing also. The description page will display the following:
-         Image
-         Name
-         Description
-         Documents
o    Title
o    Download
o    Print
-         Gallery: Images and videos of the religious site will be displayed on its description page.

Section 4: Gallery

A user will be redirected to the gallery of images and videos by clicking on the gallery tab. Here he can view the admin added images and videos.

Section 5: Live Show

Clicking the tab will allow the user to stream a live video on the website. This will require an integration of the website with a streaming server. The admin may also however, specify a URL outside the website, where the user can stream a live telecast video on that website.
Note: The functionality will require the integration of the website with a streaming server provided by the client.

Section 6: Contact Us

The user can also post an enquiry to the administrator directly that will be tracked in the admin panel. The Contact Us section will take the user to the page, where the user will have to provide the following details:
-      First Name*
-      Last Name
-      E-mail*
-      Mobile no*
-      Phone Number
-      Enquiry/comment*
-      Captcha code
Enquiries posted by the users will be tracked in the back end and the admin can revert back.

Section 7: Testimonials

The homepage will have testimonials section. The display will be scrolling. On mouse over the scrolling would stop. The testimonials will be manageable from the admin panel.

Section 8: News and Events

The homepage will have News and Events section. The display will be scrolling. On mouse over the scrolling would stop. The news and events will be manageable from the admin panel.

Section 9: Other Informative Pages

Pages such as About Us, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, etc., will be manageable from the backend using an easy-to-use Content Management System (CMS).

Admin Module      

This will be a password protected panel, which can be accessed anytime and anywhere using a PC or laptop connected to the Internet.

Section 1: Manage Religious Sites

The admin will be able to add, edit, delete, activate and deactivate the description pages under the categories tabs. To add a page the admin will provide the following input:
-         Choose category (Dropdown; fixed: Temples, Hospitals etc.)
-         Name (Textbox)
-         Image (Upload)
-         Description (CMS)
Manage documents
The admin will have the option to upload/remove documents for the added religious sites.
Manage Gallery
The admin will have the option to add, edit, delete, activate and deactivate image/video galleries for the added religious sites. Refer section 2.

Section 2: Manage Gallery

The admin will be able to add, edit, delete, activate and deactivate image/video albums. To add an album the admin will provide the following input:
-         Image/Video (Radio button)
-         Album Name (Textbox)
-         Upload Image/ Video (Upload)   Or YouTube URL (Textbox; available only if Video is selected from the radio button)
-         Add Album
The admin will be able to add/remove items to the album later also.

Section 3: Manage Live Show

The admin will be able to manage the live feed being streamed to the website’s client end. Alternatively, the admin will provide a website URL to allow redirection of the user to a streaming website.

Section 4: Manage Testimonials

Admin can add, edit, delete, activate, and deactivate testimonials in this section. To add a testimonial, admin will need to provide the following details:
-      Name
-      E-Mail ID
-      Description

Section 5: Manage News and Events

The admin will be able to add, edit, delete, activate and deactivate news and event items. To add news item the admin will provide the following input:
-         Title (Textbox)
-         Description (Text area)
-         Add News (Button)

Section 6: Manage CMS Pages

The content for static pages, such as, About Us, Privacy Policy, and Legal Disclaimer can be added or edited using an easy-to-use Content Management System (CMS).

Section 7:  Manage Enquiries (Contact Us)

Any enquiry posted by a visitor on the Contact Us page can be tracked by the admin in this section. Admin will have the control to choose how many records need to be displayed per page. Admin will be able to delete the records, if necessary. Admin can reply to enquiries individually, or select multiple and respond to them with a common answer.

Section 8: Manage Banners

The admin will be able to add, edit, delete, activate, and deactivate banners in this section. Adding new banner will require the admin to enter the following details:
-      Banner Title (Textbox)
-      Banner Position (Dropdown)
-      Banner Image (Upload from local disk)
-      URL (Textbox)
Deactivated banners will not appear in the frontend.

Section 9: Manage Search Engine Optimization

Admin of the website will be able to update the Meta tag’s of the website. If admin update the keywords, Meta tag of such a page which already has Meta tag’s, system will generate a warning message to only change those keywords with which the site is not picked by search engines.

Section 10: Manage Admin Settings

Admin will be able to update the password of the admin control panel and the e-mail ID used to dispatch automated mails from website.
