Booking Cricket Stadium




Our Vision

To design and develop an e- commerce website that is visually appealing and promotes your business of cricket stadium booking. The website will have a customized look-and-feel a great level of user-friendliness. The website will be search engine optimized to gain better traction with popular search engines. The entire structure will be easily manageable through the admin panel.

User Module

Section 1: Homepage Design

Homepage will be designed with a very user-friendly navigation system. There will be links to most of the inside pages on the homepage to allow one-click navigation. Homepage will have the following features:
Login/Sign Up: This will allow the user to sign up or login with their existing login credentials.
Stadium Display: There is a single stadium, which will have the following details:
-         Stadium Images
-         Description
-         Booking Details
o    Select Date (Calendar)
o    Select Time Slots (Checkboxes; Fixed)
o    Booking Amount: Each slot will have fixed amount. Total amount will be calculated by multiplying it with number of slots booked.
-         Book (Button)

Booking Process

1.    On clicking Book, the user will proceed for checkout. The user will be directed to the login page if not already logged in. The user can skip login and continue payment process after filling in his details (Note: The fields are same as mentioned in registration form, except password and confirm password fields)
2.    Next, the user will be shown a summary of his order before proceeding with the payment.
3.    After confirming the order, the user can proceed with the payment. He needs to choose the method of payment. If he chooses to pay online, he will enter the card details. Then the user will be redirected to the payment gateway.
4.    After making a successful payment, the user will be given a confirmation with an invoice. The user will have the option to print the invoice and also download it in PDF format. Invoice will also be mailed to e-mail ID.
5.    The slots selected will be booked and not available for selection by other users.
Note: The Payment gateway is to be provided by the client and integrated by Weblink India.

Section 2: Member Registration

Logging in will be mandatory to purchase from the website. A referred candidate is will be redirected to the registration page as soon as he clicks a confirmation link on his mail. A user can register by inputting the following fields:
-      *E-mail ID (Textbox)
-      *Password (Textbox)
-      *Confirm Password (Textbox)
-      *Name (Textbox)
-      Club Name (Textbox)
-      Contact Number (Textbox)
-      *Terms and Conditions (Checkbox)
-      Register (Button)

Section 3: My Account

The user account will have the following features:
Manage Personal Details: This option will allow the use to add/change the Address and Contact Number.
Change Password: This option will allow the user to change the existing password.
Order History
The Order History section will allow the member to track the orders placed in the past. The user will be able to view the following information:
-      Invoice Number: Clicking on the Invoice Number will allow the user to view the invoice details.
-      Booking
-      Amount Paid
-      Delivery Status

Section 4: Other Informative Pages

Pages such as About Us, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, etc., will be manageable from the backend using an easy-to-use Content Management System (CMS).

Admin Module

This will be a password protected panel, which can be accessed anytime and anywhere using a PC or laptop connected to the Internet.

Section 1: Manage Stadium Details

The stadium details will be managed from this section. The stadium is added once and the details are editable. The admin will be able to edit the following details:
-      Image (Upload: up to Six)
-      Description (CMS)
-      Price per Slot (Textbox)

Manage Availability

The admin will be able to set/unset availability of stadium on selected dates and time slots.

Section 2: Manage Members

Admin can view the details of the registered members. Admin will be able to select one or more members and activate, deactivate, or delete them. Deactivated members will not be able to login to the account. The records will be spread across pages and the admin can decide the number of records that need to be shown per page.
Admin will be able to search for members based on their name or e-mail ID and also view the orders placed by them and the members referred by them.

Section 3: Manage Bookings

All bookings will be tracked in this section. Records will span across pages and admin can decide the number of records that need to be displayed per page. Each record will include the following details:
-      Invoice Number
-      User Information
o    Name
o    Club Name
o    E-Mail ID
o    Contact Number
-      Booking Date and Time Slots
-      Amount Payable
-      Set Order Status (Dropdown: fixed)
Clicking on the invoice number will open the invoice, where the admin will be able to see the complete details about the particular order.
Admin can delete order records.
Search: E-mail ID
Filter: Date, Status

Section 4: Manage Enquiries (Contact Us)

Any enquiry posted by a visitor on the Contact Us page can be tracked by the admin in this section. Admin will have the control to choose how many records need to be displayed per page. Admin will be able to delete the records, if necessary. Admin can reply to enquiries individually, or select multiple and respond to them with a common answer.

Section 5: Manage CMS Pages

The content for static pages, such as, About Us, Privacy Policy, and Legal Disclaimer can be added or edited using an easy-to-use Content Management System (CMS).

Section 6: Manage Search Engine Optimization

Admin of the website will be able to update the Meta tags of the website. If admin update the keywords, Meta tag of such a page which already has Meta tag’s, system will generate a warning message to only change those keywords with which the site is not picked by search engines.

Section 7: Manage Admin Settings


Admin will be able to update the password of the admin control panel and the e-mail ID used to dispatch automated mails from website.
