Our Vision
To design and develop a website that is
visually appealing and promotes your business to business communication. The
website will have a customized look-and-feel with great level of
user-friendliness. The website will be search engine optimized to gain better
traction with popular search engines. The entire structure will be easily
manageable through the admin panel.
User Module
Section 1: Homepage Design
Homepage will be designed in such a way
that it showcases the services offered by your company and will have a very
user-friendly navigation system. There will be links to most of the inside
pages on the homepage to allow one-click navigation.
Registration/Login: There will be links for registration and login.
Tabs: There will be five tabs on homepage where there will be an N-level
page creator.
Categories: Admin added categories/subcategories will be listed.
Banners: There will be banners on the homepage as well as inner pages that
will be manageable from the admin panel.
Section 2: Registration
To register with the website, a user will
input the following fields:

Manage Products
The admin will be able to add, edit, and
delete products from this section. To add a product, the member will provide
the following input:

Select category (Dropdown)

Select Subcategory (Dropdown)

To Buy/Sell (Radio button)

Product Image (Upload)
-
Product Description (Text area)

Post Product (Button)
Posted product will be tracked from the
back end and will be visible on activation by the admin.
My Profile
The member will be able to update his contact
details entered during registration.
Upgrade membership
The current contact view balance will be
displayed here. To upgrade the member will choose a membership type (Gold/Silver)
and click upgrade. On upgrading, the member will be redirected
to the payment gateway. Upon payment, the Contact Views
balance available with the chosen membership type will be added to his balance.
Note: The Payment gateway is to
be provided by the client and integrated.
View Contact History
All the other members whose contact details
this member has viewed will be listed here. Whenever, a member views someone’s
contact details from the Product Listing pages his Contact View balance is
decremented by one. However, once he has viewed the contact, it will be saved
in this folder. If the member views the contact details on the same product
next time his Contact View balance will remain unaffected.
Change Password
The member can change the password to his
account by providing old and new password.
Section 4: Product Listing
Products will be listed under the
category/subcategory structure. Each product displayed will have the following
information:

On clicking view details, the visitor will
be redirected to the product description page.
Section 5: Product Description Page
The detailed description page of the
product will display the following information:

On clicking the button, the following
contact details will be displayed:

On clicking the View Contact Details button,

Section 6: Contact Us
The user can also post an enquiry to the
administrator directly that will be tracked in the admin panel. The Contact Us
section will take the user to the page, where the user will have to provide the
following details:

Enquiries posted by the users will be
tracked in the back end and the admin can revert back.
Section 7: Testimonials
The homepage will have testimonials
section. The testimonials will be manageable from the admin panel.
Section 8: FAQs
These sections will have some of the
frequently asked questions by the users along with their answers. The questions
and answers will be managed from the backend.
Section 9: Newsletters
A user will be able to
subscribe/unsubscribe from the newsletter service by submitting his name and
e-mail ID.
Section 10: Other Informative Pages
Pages such as About Us, Privacy Policy,
Terms and Conditions, etc., will be manageable from the backend using an
easy-to-use Content Management System (CMS).

Admin Module
This will be a password protected panel,
which can be accessed anytime and anywhere using a PC or laptop connected to
the Internet.
Section 1: Manage members
Admin can view the details of the
registered members. Admin will be able to select one or more members and
activate, deactivate, or delete them. Deactivated members will not be able to
login to the account. The records will be spread across pages and the admin can
decide the number of records that need to be shown per page.
Admin will be able to search for members
based on their name or e-mail ID and also view the orders placed by them.
Section 2: Manage Membership
The admin will be able to update the
membership price and contact views a user can avail on taking them. To update
membership, the admin will provide the following input:

fixed: Gold, Silver)

Update (Button)
Section 3: Manage Categories
The admin will be able to add, edit,
delete, activate and deactivate categories and subcategories under which the
products will be posted.
Section 4: Manage Product Listings
The products posted by the members will be
tracked here. The admin will be able to delete, activate and deactivate the
products. Only the activated products are visible on the front end. All
products posted will be deactivated by default and await activation by admin
before being displayed.
Filter: Admin can filter the products by categories, subcategories, to
buy, to sell and awaiting approval.
Section 5: Manage Payment Records
The admin will be able to track the payment
made by the members for buying membership. He may search the records on basis
of e-mail ID and filter the records on basis of dates.
Section 6: Manage Page Creator
The admin will be add, edit, delete,
activate and deactivate descriptive pages under N-level category using a page
creator.
Section 7: Manage Newsletters
Admin will be able to view a list of e-mail
IDs of the members subscribed to the newsletter service. The records will be
displayed in pages and the admin will be able to set the number of listings to
be displayed per page. Admin will be able to perform a search for subscribers based
on their e-mail IDs and also delete subscriber records from the database.
The admin can preview the mail before it is
sent and send the mail to either all the subscribers or only the ones selected.
Section 8: Manage Testimonials
Admin can add, edit, delete, activate, and
deactivate testimonials in this section. To add a testimonial, admin will need
to provide the following details:

Section 9: Manage CMS Pages
The content for static pages, such as,
About Us, Privacy Policy, and Legal Disclaimer can be added or edited using an
easy-to-use Content Management System (CMS).
Section 10: Manage
Enquiries (Contact Us)
Any enquiry posted by a visitor on the
Contact Us page can be tracked by the admin in this section. Admin will have
the control to choose how many records need to be displayed per page. Admin
will be able to delete the records, if necessary. Admin can reply to enquiries
individually, or select multiple and respond to them with a common answer.
Section 11: Manage Banners
The admin will be able to add, edit,
delete, activate, and deactivate banners in this section. Adding new banner
will require the admin to enter the following details:

Deactivated
banners will not appear in the frontend.
Section 12: Manage FAQs
The admin will be able to add unlimited
FAQs and modify or delete the existing for users’ help.
Section 13: Manage Search Engine Optimization
Admin of the website will be able to update
the Meta tag’s of the website. If admin update the keywords, Meta tag of such a
page which already has Meta tag’s, system will generate a warning message to
only change those keywords with which the site is not picked by search engines.
Section 14: Manage Admin Settings
Admin will be able to update the password
of the admin control panel and the e-mail ID used to dispatch automated mails
from website.
