Our Vision
To design and develop a website that is
visually appealing and promotes your blog. The website will have a customized
look-and-feel with great level of user-friendliness. The website will be search
engine optimized to gain better traction with popular search engines. The
entire structure will be easily manageable through the admin panel.
User Module
Section 1: Homepage Design
Homepage will be designed in such a way
that it showcases the top and hot news posted by you. In favor of ease of
navigation, the website will not feature blog posts/news across pages; instead
the next page will be automatically loaded once the user hits the bottom of the
current page. There will be links to most of the inside pages on the homepage
to allow one-click navigation.
Tabs
The categories created and managed by the
admin will serve as tabs. Hover on the tab will show the subcategories and the
latest five posts added to the category with their title and image.
Hovering on any subcategory will show the
latest five posts in that particular subcategory.
Clicking on the category/subcategory will show
the posts from that category/subcategory.
Columns
The homepage will have the posts listed in
the following three sections:

The New Stuff: The latest posts will be
visible in this column by default in a chronological order with the following
details:

Image
o
Title
o
Total Number of Shares
o
Time Since the Post was Added

The Next Big Thing: The posts set as Big
from the admin panel will not appear in the New Stuff column and instead show
up in this column with the following details:

Image
o
Title
o
Category

Total Number of Shares
Hovering on the Listing will show the links to share on
the following social networking sites:

Facebook

Twitter

Google+
o
LinkedIn
o
Stumble Upon

Pintrest

What’s Hot: The posts set as Hot from
the admin panel will not appear in the New Stuff column and instead show up in
this column with the following details:

Hovering on the Listing will show the links to share on
the following social networking websites:

CMS Pages
Because the website will load the next page
automatically, the links to certain sections, such as, Privacy Policy, Legal,
Terms and Conditions, Contact Us, etc. will be placed in the More tab. This tab will be fixed.
Search
The visitor will be able to preform a
keyword.

The blog posts’ detailed description page

the social media websites to post a comment.
A user can delete a self-posted comment.

Once the post and the comments are
complete, scrolling down further will load the latest blog posts in the same column
manner as on the homepage.
Section 3: Social Media Login
The visitor will be able to login via the
following social media:

Logging in will allow them to post comments
on the blog posts.
Section 4: Contact Us
The user can also post an enquiry to the
administrator directly that will be tracked in the admin panel. The Contact Us
section will take the user to the page, where the user will have to provide the
following details:

Enquiry/comment*

Enquiries posted by the users will be tracked
in the back end and the admin can revert back.
Section 5: Other Informative Pages
Pages such as About Us, Privacy Policy,
Terms and Conditions, etc., will be manageable from the backend using an
easy-to-use Content Management System (CMS).

Admin Module
This will be a password protected panel,
which can be accessed anytime and anywhere using a PC or laptop connected to
the Internet.
Section 1: Manage Blog Categories and Blog Posts
The admin will be able to add, edit,
delete, activate, and deactivate categories, subcategories, and blog posts in
this section.
To add a blog post, the admin will need to
provide the following details:

Title (Textbox)

Image (Upload from local disk)

Description (CMS)

Gallery

Image(s): Will be uploaded from local
disk

Video(s): Can be uploaded from local
disk or linked to YouTube.

Comments
The admin will be able to track comments
posted by the users from the frontend and delete them if required.
Section 2: Manage CMS Pages
The content for static pages, such as,
About Us, Privacy Policy, and Legal Disclaimer can be added or edited using an
easy-to-use Content Management System (CMS).
Section 3: Manage
Enquiries (Contact Us)
Any enquiry posted by a visitor on the
Contact Us page can be tracked by the admin in this section. Admin will have
the control to choose how many records need to be displayed per page. Admin
will be able to delete the records, if necessary. Admin can reply to enquiries
individually, or select multiple and respond to them with a common answer.
Section 4: Manage Search Engine Optimization
Admin of the website will be able to update
the Meta tag’s of the website. If admin update the keywords, Meta tag of such a
page which already has Meta tag’s, system will generate a warning message to
only change those keywords with which the site is not picked by search engines.
Section 5: Manage Admin Settings
Admin will be able to update the password
of the admin control panel and the e-mail ID used to dispatch automated mails
from website.
